I am 23. I graduated from Sonoma State University with a degree in Outdoor Leadership. I traveled for 10 months after graduating, and now I am trying to figure out what I would like to do. :D I am enthusiastic and easy-going. I am responsible and honest. I have an open heart and an open mind and love to learn new things. I prefer to build relationships in whatever I do. I love being outside, doing arts and crafts (drawing, sewing, etc.), cooking, and being with people. I've also recently found teaching one-on-one to be fun... I am great with pets -- have grown up with cats and dogs, and also had fish and birds when I was a kid. I do not specifically have babysitting experience, however I have experience with children and youth. This includes some of the following: -Planet Granite Rock Climbing Gym: I was Event Staff, Read more so I worked with kids YMCA classes and ran kids' birthday parties at the climbing wall -Westminster Woods Conference Center: I lived and working at a summer camp this past summer (2015). My main job was as a Challenge Course Facilitator. I led challenges and games for groups of children/youth that focused on personal and group development. This included games on the ground and also high ropes course obstacles in trees, of which I facilitated. -I also have helped a friend occasionally with his youth group at church. I served as extra adult supervision and a helping hand.
