My name is Samantha and I have been caring for children of all ages for almost 10 years. I am very in tune with my motherly instincts and enjoy the company of children of all ages. I have the most experience with children under the age of five. I've been a live in nanny for seven children of all ages, worked at an infant and toddler center, taken Early Childhood Education courses and cared for many children of family members, friends and references. I also volunteer at my son's school as much as possible, in class as well as school wide events and activities. I am CPR and First Aid certified for infants, children and adults. I'm reliable, caring, punctual and care for all children as if they were my own. I have my own car with a valid driver's license as well as insurance. I have one almost first grader who loves to help and interact with children of all ages. When caring for young children, I find it a developmentally positive experience for them to interact with older children. I am fully aware of the transitional stages of childhood and thoroughly enjoy these times of change and growth. Each child is different and it is fun to watch them learn to sit up, crawl, walk and talk. I love watching and helping children grow. I try to teach children baby sign language. I like to keep children on a schedule, I think this is very important. I use and try to teach manners, responsibility, trust, and respect.
