I love helping children grow and become more outgoing. As a child my mother was a single parent and I had nanny after nanny and caregiver after caregiver, they showed me that they were there for me and that my mom loved me enough to find someone responsible and respectable to watch over me as she went to work at night. I always make it my mission as I watch over children to not only have fun but to respect the rules of the home and what the parents have in plan for that day or evening. I have worked with children who are disabled and we had lessons we abided by but we also have embedded instructions that include manners, respect and social conduct. It places a smile on my face to know that I can be a part time caregiver as well as a role model for children Read more I look after. I'm comfortable with animals as well as with house sitting if need be. My rates are low because I know how hard it is for parents to find reliable care at a reasonable price.

Vannessa wowed us from the beginning of her interview. She came prepared with a portfolio including her resume, all of her references, and an extensive background check. She also has a list that she provides with how she will take care of your kids/home. We felt completely comfortable and our kids enjoyed their time with her. Our house was spotless when we came home. We highly recommend Vannessa.

Trustline is California's official background check for license-exempt child care providers (i.e. babysitters and nannies) and the only authorized screening program in California with access to fingerprint records at the California Department of Justice and the Federal Bureau of Investigation and access to the California Child Abuse Central Index. The Trustline registry toll-free telephone number is 1-800-822-8490.

Pursuant to Section 1596.859 of the Health and Safety Code, parents have the right to receive information regarding any substantiated or inconclusive complaint about licensed child care providers. That information is public and can be acquired by visiting the California Department of Social Services' Internet Web site at "www.cdss.ca.gov".
