Although I don't have much official job experience baby sitting/nanny-ing children, I have a 10 year old sister whom I've had to resume parental-like responsibilities (picking up from school, dropping off to multiple after-school activities [art, dance, tennis, etc], preparing food, reminding/helping her to do her homework/read/piano practice, and making sure she goes to bed on time) for many years now. As for job experience, I have worked as a caregiver at a senior assisted living facility , where I would "babysit" folks who are retired and in need of basic personal care assistance (such as: grooming, serving/feeding meals, dressing, bathroom, shower, transferring, and being readily available for them when they need any sort of help). I am also CPR and Basic Life Support certified. Providing any care in which I can truly make a positive difference whether it be a very small task is something I find genuine fulfillment Read more in. I have been blessed with a very healthy and strong body and feel an obligation from the values I hold on dear to, to utilize my youthful capabilities to really have a lasting effect on someone else's life. I am only 24, but the great memories of those who day cared me when I was in elementary school really sparked a similar passion in me to pay it forward to children in this current generation!
