I am the mother of a 3 year old boy who is now in school almost full-time. I would love to use my new found "free-time" to do meaningful and enjoyable part-time work. As a mother I have been humbled by what it means to be a parent and how important it is to find quality, trusted care givers for our children. I was full-time professional before having my son and my prior experience with babysitting came from caring for the children of family and close friends. After leaving the workforce and becoming a full-time, stay-at-home Mom I believe I have had the best "training" there is to qualify me to care for other children too. I have thrived as a full-time stay-at-home Mom and continue to learn every day from my son. I enjoy spending time with children and love to find new and creative ways to engage them Read more and bring out their individual best. I believe children should participate in a balance of activities including academics, free play, arts & crafts, physical activity, reading and being read to from infancy, healthy meals and snacks and learning to be responsible, respectful and caring to others. These beliefs will guide how I spend my time and engage with your child/children. I also believe it is critical to support the ideals, methods and wishes of each family and will always do my best to be consistent with how each individual family parents their children. I have a current Adult, Child & Infant CPR, AED and Basic First Aid Certification, a BA in Art history & Architecture and an MBA.
