I recently graduated from Azusa Pacific University with my PPS Credential and Masters in Educational Counseling. Included in my training for my Masters was a total of 700 hours of internship at sites in Corona Norco Unified School District. I also got my bachelors degree at San Diego State University with a Child Family Development Major. I am currently living in my hometown in Corona, and I am a substitute teacher and substitute counselor. So I am looking for a family that needs a nanny or baby sitter for just the summer. I have my own reliable transportation and enough room for three children. I have played sports all my life and believe that it is important for children to experience an active lifestyle. I also believe that children learn the most using hands on learning. Meaning, that children develop the most by seeing and learning on their own. However, Read more it is important for children to get that extra push when needed. I have great experience working with children. I have had internships not only at CNUSD but at the SDSU Children's Center, Hearst Elementary School, and Cherokee Point Elementary. I volunteered as a Big Sister with the San Diego Big Brother Big Sister program. I played softball for the SDSU Divison 1 softball team and have worked numerous softball camps, teaching and motivating young girls. Before I was a substitute teacher, I worked at KinderCare Learning Center for a year, until I had to commit my time towards my Masters. I love children and believe trust is really important for kids to feel with their caregiver and I know I posses that quality. Please do not hesitate to contact me, if interested!
