Hello! My name is Chelsea Bennefield. I am a 24-year-old Navy spouse who will be moving to the San Diego, CA area at the start of April, 2014. Over the past 6 months, I have been working as an ABA therapist for children with Autism. Prior to the start of that position, I worked as a full-time nanny for a wonderful network of families for the better part of the past four years. In that time, I also completed a B.S. in Psychology through the University of Maryland. Starting in mid-April, I will be available for standard babysitting, nanny jobs, mother’s helper positions, and the occasional parents' night out. My duties in the past have included picking up from and/or dropping off to school, fixing snacks/lunch/dinner, helping with homework, feeding/walking pets, driving to various lessons/practices, etc. I'm also very big on crafts and outside playtime--I find it keeps boredom at Read more bay much better than the TV and Internet! This is a job that I truly enjoy and I would be thrilled to meet with some families in the San Diego and surrounding area.
