Hello! My name is Allison Holland and I am currently a 3rd year student at Texas State University. I recently moved out to Austin with the family I nanny for and am still working with them. I work with a little girl who is 3 and her brother who is 6 months. I began with the girl at 18 months, and the boy at 4 months. Before starting with this family I've been responsible for taking care of many different age groups of children. The two I watched most, I began watching when they were only 4 and 6 years old. I've been lucky enough to get to watch them grow up and they are now 11 and 13. I've also been given the opportunity to be a part of my churches VBS camp every summer for 7 years now. In this, I am responsible for being in charge of Read more 10-15 children, between the ages of 4-12. This past year I worked with 14, 4 year-olds. It was a difficult task, but I learned and grew a lot from it.
