Hello Parents! I am currently a 22 year old college student graduating in May with a bachelors degree in Liberal Studies and a minor in Special Education. I plan on becoming a general education or special education elementary school teacher. I have taken many child development and special education classes. I love kids and have been babysitting since I was 12 years old. I have previously worked at a day care facility for 2 1/2 years. I had a great experience working at the daycare and developed many relationships with families and coworkers. I have a lot of experience with children, including special needs children. I have been a nanny to a 5 year old boy with Autism as well as a 12 year old nonverbal boy who has autism. I am reliable, hardworking, and a good multi-tasker. I am able to help children with their homework as well as Read more play games, do crafts, and keep the children entertained in fun ways. I'm very active and think its important to keep kids busy!
