To Whom It May Concern, Carolyn Scher has been working as an in home nanny for my 2 year old daughter for the past 7 months. In this short amount of time, Carolyn has become an integral part of our family and has developed a strong bound with both me and my daughter. As a working mother, it is often hard to leave your child, but I had no worries about the care that my daughter was receiving while in Carolyn’s care. I trust Carolyn to drive, feed, diaper, bathe, and love Alex while I am not with them. It is with great pain that I have to release Carolyn from a full time position with our family. Unfortunately, due to my own personal and financial cut backs I am forced to make this decision. It is my desire that Carolyn continue to be part of our family on a part time basis, which is a testimony to the value I place on her. I would highly recommend Carolyn as a nanny or babysitter.
