Hello I am April 38 years old with 15 years nanny experience. I am looking for a full-time or part time position. I am available to start as soon as needed. I am very reliable and a hands on nanny. I enjoy reading, playing games and taking the kids on walks or to the park. I do all things child related, baths, cooking, cleaning up after them, their laundry, potty training etc. I have a small very happy, healthy family, non-smoker, non-drinking environment. I have great references and a great resume that I only share with potential families. About me; I am married to a local attorney here in the city. As a nanny, I want to make sure your child's view on life as an adventure whether we go on a safari to the zoo or are inside making arts and crafts to add to Moms and Dads collection. Read more I have the energy to be on the move all day and like to offer new ideas to the kids. I am always trying to learn new ways of teaching and bringing out the best in your child. I have experience in child care with all ages from newborns to teens. Along with care of children with special needs, newborn twins, and more then one child at a time. I have always enjoyed teaching, and I bring that passion out by teaching children, so when it comes to ABC's, 123's, homework, reading and playing "teacher" I am the first to bring out the white board and explain things step by step. Still a child at at heart I enjoy having fun whether it’s dancing, singing, painting, or keeping up with educational activities. I enjoy taking children out to the park, feeding ducks, the beach, and being around nature. I also think its very important to work on development skills. There is so much to children that age that is blossoming, especially their personality and these are things that the Nanny has an impact even at such a young age. For newborns its important to work on developmental skills while keeping track of growing stages. Education: Doctorate clinical hypnotherapy degree Experience: 10+ years
