I have worked for three years now at the La Jolla YMCA both as a school age teacher and Summer Camp Unit Leader. I am currently attending Mesa College and studying to be a Registered Dietician along with 12 units of Child Development. I am also certified in Oxygen Pro, First Aid, and CPR (lifeguard certified). The past year I have worked along side my site supervisor to plan our curriculum and afterschool activities for the students attending our program at Torrey Pines Elementary School. I also help each child individually with his or her own homework. During the summer I run a camp with fifty to sixty kids and plan games and enriching activities like science and arts. My goal as your employee is to work closely with you to help your children grow out of his or her own comfort zone and encourage them to want to learn Read more more about themselves and the world around them--as well as keeping them safe and sound. Hopefully as your future babysitter I can help your family out.
Trust & safety
We encourage parents to conduct their own screenings using the background check tools. See what each of the badges covered, or learn more about keeping your family safe by visiting the Trust & Safety Center.
