Maranda has been nothing sort of amazing. She is very capable of handling a very mischievous 3-year old boy for long and short periods of time. She arrives beforehand, listens to what you say and just has an overwhelming calm demeanor which gives you confidence. Mr. Mischievous always asks for her in the morning which just warms my heart.
