I try not to leave negative comments, but she was a flat out no show. We talked Thursday about her showing up at 330 am and then Friday I sent her the information for Saturday morning. On Saturday morning she read my message at 250am and ignored it and it wasn't until I called her 3 times and sent her multiple text messages that she even responded telling me she thought it was for the 2nd and 3rd. After responding to my text when I tried to call her she ignored my call, when I texted her again she responded she thought it was for that night. After an hour of back and forth texting and ignoring every call I tried to make to her, she did not show up causing me to miss my $300 race that morning. If I could go lower than a 1 star rating I would, but I would absolutely not recommend her. In the hour it took her to text me and send all of my calls to voicemail she could have showed up a little late, but instead she chose to ignore it and text me about how she misunderstood the times.

My family and I hired Jessica during a recent vacation to Anaheim. She provided excellent care for our two daughters, ages 2 and 5. We had some concern because the girls had never met Jessica. Within the first few minutes, Jessica made them feel at ease. After going over all of our instructions, she quickly began interacting with the girls so that we could have a smooth exit. We checked in with her while we were out, and were happy to hear that she had things well under control. When we returned, both girls were fed, and sound asleep! The next day, they shared about all of the fun they had with Jessica. We would definitely use her services again, and are happy to recommend her to anyone in need of a sitter in the area. Jessica cared for our two children (ages 7 and 3) for a date night. She is the smart, responsible niece I wish we had in town. She is punctual, flexible (she stayed later than we originally asked), and, most importantly to us, great with our kids. We felt comfortable with her right away; she is in nursing school and has experience as a camp counselor and helping her family with an in-home daycare. Jessica played with and connected with our kiddos, fed them, read them stories, put them to bed, and left everything neat and tidy. The following day our babes reported they had an excellent time. I look forward to having Jessica come back!
