I am a former Kindergarten teacher, and worked as a substitute for the San Diego School District for two years for K - 6th grade. I am currently a Reading Tutor for grades K - 6, and volunteer Tutor for the READ Literacy program through the San Diego Public Library. When my son was a baby, I worked in a licensed day care home. Then I decided to open my own day care. I cared for infants through preschool age for two years. I am very patient, responsible, and conscientious. I also love animals and have a number of my own pets. I have lived in San Diego for over thirty years and am an established resident. I have always enjoyed caring for and working with infants and children. I can provide character and professional references. I look forward to hearing from you regarding your childcare needs soon.
