I've been looking after young children since I was in my early teens. I began babysitting for neighbors in my hometown of Paradise Hills, San Diego, when I was 12 years old. I looked after kids ages 5-8. As a teenager I ran art activities for 3rd graders at my neighborhood elementary school as a volunteer for over a year. Later, while attending grad school in Boston, I babysat a 2 year-old for a colleague in my program, including feeding and playing with him, and putting him to bed. I've also babysat 2 and 3 year-olds for family. Beyond childcare, I have years of professional experience as a tutor and teacher. I've taught high school students and undergraduates in classroom settings at Phillips Academy Andover and Boston University, respectively. I was also a private tutor for 3 years with a education consultancy based in Cambridge, Massachusetts. If your kiddo needs Read more homework help, I'm your gal. Currently I work in administration at UC San Diego's School of Medicine. In my free time I like to run at Balboa Park, read, and check out creative stuff!
