I grew up with two little sisters so I've always been like a third parent to them. I believe it's important to have a babysitter or nanny that your children could call their third parent. Someone who cares for them and believes in them and makes them feel comfortable, even when their parents are not there. My babysitter became a sister a to me and I still keep in touch with her to this day. A nanny is like a little addition to your family. Not only are they responsible for your children but they are influence on your children as well. I would like to create a positive influence for any family that welcomes me.
