Growing up, my mother has worked as a professional babysitter, running her own facility, caring for infants, toddlers and children. After school, I assisted with any tasks she needed additional help with, whether it was making a bottle to playing outdoors with them. This is where I gained exposure caring and enjoying the presence of little human beings. In high school, I started babysitting children in our neighborhood by taking full responsibility of them, whether it was cooking food, assisting with homework, driving them to the park, and putting them to sleep. I enjoyed simply caring for a child, I decided to babysit children throughout college as well. As children are continuously learning, it is very important to teach them polite manners as they gain positive skills by having a babysitter who will serve as a good role model to them.
