Shannon is a wonderful caregiver! She has been babysitting our 15 month old daughter since she was 5 months old, and our daughter always gives Shannon a huge smile whenever she arrives. Shannon is reliable, responsible, mature, safety-conscious, and nurturing, and communicates very well. She has been a pro at handling some of the separation anxiety our daughter has had recently and has her happy and smiling within seconds! I can clearly tell Shannon has connected with our daughter and takes joy in watching her grow and develop. We are moving out of state soon, and I wish we could take Shannon with us!
