We'd like you to think of us as "your child's home away from home." In today's society it's really hard to know if your child is safe when he/she is not in your care. We want to put that thought to rest and assure you that when your little doodie is here, he/she is our little doodie as well. We offer an enviornment that is safe and teaches respect, encourages, motivates and supports each child's individual learning needs. Give us a call, we would love to take care of your childcare needs.

Trust & safety

We encourage parents to conduct their own screenings using the background check tools. See what each of the badges covered, or learn more about keeping your family safe by visiting the Trust & Safety Center.

I don’t normally write reviews on sitterity (and if I do it’s usually to warn parents about the person they are contemplating hiring). I am very particular on the types of people that I will allow my son to be around. As you are probably already aware of there are a lot of people on this website who think they are capable to watch your little one (and you wouldn’t even trust them with the “pet” skunk that sneaks in your back yard). Other times you think you found a good one and two months later they start to show their true colors. My son has been going there since June (2013) and we are still genuinely satisfied (and thrilled) customers. My son is very well-mannered and I wanted him to be constantly engaged through educational/ pretend play and exploration. Mrs. Sheila and Mrs. Irma are a mother daughter duo that are licensed daycare providers, that go WELL ABOVE AND BEYOND my expectations for child care providers. I work as a teacher and their facility is ran very similar to ones I have worked in. Mrs. Sheila is a well-mannered, professional who lets her inner child come out around the children and her mother is a tender-hearted, conservative, softer spoken sweetheart. You can tell that both of them genuinely care about the children that are in their care. My son absolutely adores them and I love the fact he jump out of my arms to go greet them when we walk in the door (well, I should say bitter sweet because I miss him when I have to leave but at least I can leave knowing he is genuinely happy and feels safe where he is at). He is always coming home with arts and crafts projects, tuckered out and overall looking like he had a great day of playing hard. I love the fact that they are academically based, practice hygiene (hand washing and teeth brushing), good old-fashioned manners (like saying please, thank you, excuse me and your welcome) and maintain an overall respectful/ courteous environment for the children. Both of them also communicate well and are very straight forward (which I am too so it is a match made in heaven) and my son is constantly coming home spouting off new words, counting and so much more. We are truly blessed to have met them and I could never imagine him anywhere else but there. If at any point you want to talk to me, I would be more than happy to provide a reference for them. Good luck in your search for a child care provider! However, I doubt you will find one better than Little Dooties ;)

Trustline is California's official background check for license-exempt child care providers (i.e. babysitters and nannies) and the only authorized screening program in California with access to fingerprint records at the California Department of Justice and the Federal Bureau of Investigation and access to the California Child Abuse Central Index. The Trustline registry toll-free telephone number is 1-800-822-8490.

Pursuant to Section 1596.859 of the Health and Safety Code, parents have the right to receive information regarding any substantiated or inconclusive complaint about licensed child care providers.
