Hi There! My name is Sophie and I am 27 years old. I live in San Francisco but work in Marin county as a Social Worker. My job is SUPER flexible and I pretty much make my own schedule. I have tons of experience with kids, and used to be a preschool teacher. I am the oldest of 3 girls, and spent every summer watching my younger sisters until I left for college. I have worked in foster care with children ages 5- 17 and I taught second grade for a year. Right now, I run a housing program for young adults who used to be in foster care, but I really miss working with younger children. I currently nanny for a wonderful family in San Francisco 3/week for a 3 and 5 year old, but am free on Tuesday evenings and weekends. I would like some more weekend/date night Read more gigs. When I babysit, I love doing arts and crafts, cooking with kids, being outside, playing at the park, reading to kids and playing games. I have a perfect driving record (I've never even gotten a speeding ticket!), a fairly new car (2011 Kia Forte) and I am CPR and First Aid Certified. I think a good babysitter should be attentive, fun, make sure the kids follow the rules, and always leave a house cleaner then they found it! Also I love dogs!
