I first got into Babysitting when living in England. A friend's family member had 4 boys from the age of 4 months to 11 years old. I offered a hand once a week and ended up as a full time family member. I hung out with the family "working" with them for 2 years, I became part of the family. I feel with babysitters you need to go in with 3 strong morals. To be a role model to the children, to become their friend and someone they trust and to be the parents second hand in anything needed to be done. I am very passionate in the growth of children and how they become the best person they can. I strongly believe in rewards in good behave as well as set standards that have to be met and strong routine to create a easy going fun environment.
