I am 24 years old, have my own car, bilingual, have a nutrition certification, and currently going to school to become a coding specialist. I have a funky schedule now that i returned to school so im looking for occasional babysitting jobs to help me out financially, as I can't give a family much stability at the moment. I recently ended a full time job caring for twin girls. I was with the family for 3 years. 1year as occasional sitter and the last 2 as full time. They were 10 months the first time I cared for them and now they are almost 4 and are in Pre-K. I still watch them on occasion and frequently pick them up from school because they ask for me a lot and their parents are determined to keep me in their lives, which I am so fortunate for because they all have Read more become like family to me and they have also shared the same feeling with me. I do not have a CPR certificate but have some medical training which I received at my internship for my nutrition program. I did on many occasions have to care medically (Dr. appt, monitor shallow breathing, temperature, and eating behavior) for one of the girls because she was sick a lot and had to communicate effectively and frequently with her parents on those occasions. It always went well. I love to go to the park, dance, play board games, reading, cooking, arts and crafts and explore with kids. Babies are my weak spot, cuddling them, making them laugh and when they hold my fingers melts my heart. However toddlers and older kids are so much fun because you just never know to expect with their imaginations, its always an adventure.
