Heather has worked with us twice, both times fairly last minute. She was very thorough in the questions she asked us about our son and the care for him, including in the case of emergencies. Heather is very sweet, intelligent, and family-oriented, and was just as great with our son as with our dog. It's such a relief to find great care and we will definitely have Heather as our go-to care provider when we need it.
