Hi Parents and Guardians! My name is Ashabi and I am a first year graduate student at CSU East Bay. I am currently in the Healthcare Administration program. Right now I am taking night classes on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 6:30pm to 10:00pm. I love kids and have been taking care of them for much of my life. I have a very large extended family and am always surrounded with kids. I started babysitting cousins and neighbors in my early teens. At 16, I started assisting at my mother’s school in Nigeria. I worked in the daycare section and taught arts and crafts to the nursery school children. It was a very rewarding experience and I always go back whenever I am in Nigeria. I have babysat for several families in the Bay Area as well.
