I have many years of experience in relation to babysitting/child care. I started babysitting regularly when I was about ten. Since then I have had several different opportunities to gain further experience in child care. In 2011 I was one of two child care providers for a class of about 20-25 two years olds at the day care, ALL About Kids in Logan, Utah. I worked there for about a year, and my responsibilities included: meals, nap time, diaper changes/potty training, planning and teaching age-appropriate lessons and activities, and taking care of any other needs the children had. Additionally, I had the opportunity of babysitting for two of the children(twins) from the day care on the weekends. I continued to care for them for about two years. Lastly, I have experience in coaching, and as a camp counselor. During the summer of 2012, I worked at a summer camp in Read more Pennsylvania called Island Lake Arts and Sports Camp. My responsibilities there included: residing in the bunks and being a counselor to a group of 10 year old girls. During the daytime I was a tennis instructor. I coached private and group tennis lessons to children ages anywhere from 6-18. Since then I have continued to babysit for family members and other families. I love kids and I appreciate any opportunity I come across to work with children. I am a babysitter that will have fun with your kids, but will also tend to their needs. I am open to fulfilling any other additional chores around the house i.e. cleaning, cooking, laundry, etc. Additionally I will run errands or any other task that is requested of me.
