My name is Xenia Ramirez and I currently work with the Boys & Girls Club of San Marcos, I have been with this program for four years now. Shortly after my first year as a staff I was promoted to assistant manager at an on campus site. I currently am located at Alvin Dunn Elementary. I am CPR & First Aid certified. I love working with kids and impacting their lives. With our program our kids have an opportunity at learning new things through the help of special grants to help make our club a fun learning environment. During my four years of experience I have created special clubs such as art and fashion club. I have also been in charge of running a student government which the organization calls "Torch Club." Through the help of these grants we have also had the opportunity to run a program which helps Read more the members with their math and reading skills which I have also been in charge of for two years now. Not only can I exceed in both art and outdoor activities but I can also supervise aquatic activities because I was on the swim team and water polo team in high school.
