Hello, my name is Britney Estell and I am 28 years old. I have mainly been the babysitter/ nanny for one family in the past 13years. This family has a total of 5 kids with ages ranging from 20yo to a 3yo. I started with this family at the age of 15 working weekends and most weeknights during school. I would work full days and nights when needed during holiday vacation and summertime. I only was an occasional babysitter between the years of 7/2009 - 2013. During this time the family did not require a full-time nanny and I was working in a different industry. I started helping this family regularly again when their 4th child was born in 2013. Besides childcare my duties involved basic household work, laundry, preparing meals for the children, helping with homework, and organizing the children's extracurricular schedule. I also have been running my church's Read more children's church since the age of 16. My class ran from the ages of 1 to 5 with the class consisting between 10 to 25 students. I was responsible for putting together a lesson plan, arts and craft activities, and prepairing a snack/ light lunch. When needed I have also filled in for the 6-12 age group as well. I have been cpr and first aid certified since I was 16.

My three and half year old and I met Brit the day before I needed a sitter at a local Starbucks, and all three of us hit it off really well. My son was excited to have her come play with him the next day (despite not having had a nonfamily babysitter before). Brit was completely at ease with the little guy, was perfectly on time for both the time I needed a sitter and when we met up previously, and my son keeps asking when she is coming back. I can't recommend Brit enough!

We had set up a time to meet through several back and forth emails, and Britney just never showed up or called or texted or anything. Very frustrating! Not reliable. Would not recommend to anyone.
