Hi! My name is María de la Luz Bautista. I am a woman of Mexican origin who is bilingual in Spanish and English, and who has certification in CPR and First Aid. I have 30 years of experience taking care of babies and children. I am specialized in providing personalized attention observing each baby or child and understanding what they need within the framework of their own development, as well as in providing early stimulation consistent with their age. I am loving, patient, responsible, reliable, a positive communicator, resourceful, and believe strongly in teamwork with the parents involved in each case. I am also committed to providing and fostering a healthy environment for children. My educational background is in psychology and education, and I draw on this knowledge and experience in my work as a care-provider. I'm convinced that it's vital to support full-time the development of infants and children, Read more as well as being constant and caring. I'm interested in being part of that great challenge. I'm have a year of recent, continuing experience in the San Francisco Bay Area (together with previous experience here) with an excellent reference plus additional relevant longer term experience. My current employer is willing to have me continue working on a half-time basis upon my completion in March of this initial year. My objective however is to immediately obtain a new full-time position. Thank you for your kind attention. I look forward hearing from you. Have a great day!
