While I don't plan to pursue a career that involves childcare, I would love to work with children while I'm in school myself, especially if it involved being able to read with a child, nurture their creativity, and help them explore their interests and abilities. I've babysat multiple families of 3-5 each, children ages 2-10. From January 2012 - July 2013 I lived at an orphanage in Uganda, which was definitely a transformative experience for me. I've also taught Sunday school at my church and helped with VBS activities.
