Kristen babysat for us over Labor Day weekend while we were in Santa Barbara with a group of friends. She was very responsive, replying for a same-day/night request, arrived on time, asked all the right questions (making the parents feel comfortable). She watched 5+ active kids at our hotel (ages 6 to 11), got everyone in bed on time, all with good reports from the kids. We will definitely save her # for our next SB trip!

Kristen applied to a job I had posted, and I responded the same evening. 9 days later, I have tried to contact her a total of 4 times via email and phone, with no response from her. I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt, however she has logged into SitterCity in the last week, so I have to assume she got my messages. Why she even applied is beyond me.
