I love children. I love meeting new people. I used to babysit all the time when I was younger. I'm now 29. I graduated from Le Cordon Bleu in Pasadena. I was a cake decorater/baker. I injured myself so no longer able to do that as a career. What I enjoy most apart from being in the kitchen, is children and animals. My cousin had a friend who needed a sitter about two years and asked me if I'd be interested. I took the job and loved it. I signed up with care.com last year in May. I had a few one time jobs and then got hired on by a wonderful family in July to watch 10 year old twin girls. Late November the mom took a leave from work and I was no longer needed. I have watched them a couple of times after that. I watched a Read more one year old for about a month through care.com and I've also been a back up sitter for a single mom with 3 girls. For the past 5 months I've been a volunteer for a senior facility in Palmdale. Getting experience for something new. So far, I've enjoyed working with both, children and seniors. It's been a very rewarding and fun experience. I'd like to work with more families and maybe grow with one some day.
