I have had the most childcare experience through volunteering at Adventure Plex in Manhattan Beach at the children's day camp. As a volunteer my role was that of a camp counselor, so I had the responsibilities and duties similar to a camp counselor. I would help with activities, arts and crafts, games, field trips, and supervision. I worked mostly with the campers between the ages of four to six years of age so I spent more time helping them with activities and arts and crafts and I spent more time playing with them as well. I was a volunteer at this camp for three months during the summer so this gave me a lot of experience working with young children. I have provided care for the children of four different families where I have babysat young children between the ages 1 through 6. I know how to cook and bake Read more so I can provide healthy meals for children. I am energetic, so in my experience with caring for children I usually play with the children and can provide activities and games for them.
