I have over 15 years of experience working with children ages 0-15. I graduated from Loyola University Chicago with a degree in elementary education. I nannied full-time from 2015-2016 for a family with two young girls ages 2 and 3. I then went on to teach elementary school in Thailand for 18 months. I now reside in Seattle and work at a forest school in Woodland Park. I have worked, not only as a school teacher and babysitter, but also a dance teacher, a tutor, and a camp counselor. I enjoy planning games and activities for the children I babysit/nanny to keep them curious and engaged. I love being outdoors, baking, crafting and doing science experiments. This review is long over due ... we have been using Emily as a sitter for about 7 months now. She is very reliable and responsible, but most of all she is caring and fun. My kids absolutely adore her and when they know she is sitting for the night they are always excited. She is very easy going and patient with the kids, she teaches them songs and plays just about any game they ask. She will make a great teacher one day. Thanks Emily!
