I currently work at a company that helps people with mental disabilities. I work with kids predominately to help them learn how express themselves verbally and socially, as well as learn functional skills. I work sometimes in the home as well as in the school. I have worked at 2 summer camps. The YMCA in California (Volunteer position) and Camp Togowoods which was based in Alaska. It was a residential position where I was in charge of caring for large groups of children 22 hours a day (I got a 2 hour break each day) for a week to two weeks at a time before we got new campers. I also have plenty of babysitting experience. My certifications are in CPR, First Aid and AED. I am outgoing, energetic and absolutely love helping people.
