Currently I am employed in an after school program agency. I am the site coordinator in the program and my duty is to make sure the program is running well and all my staff is doing what they are suppose to be doing with our kids. The program I run consists of 85 kids on a daily basis and they range from grades 1-5. Before I became site coordinator I was a club leader myself and I assisted students with their homework as well as teach them dance, theatre, arts and crafts and created fun activities for them. I still am able to do that for the kids but now I am also in charge of making sure all paperwork is turned in and all parents and school administration is satisfied with our after school work. Although at my site I am the authority figure, the students there love me and I love them! I love my job. I love kids and I love being around them.
