Hello! My name is Kayla. I am a recent graduate from San Diego State University with a BA in English - Single Subject Teaching. I am an aispring school teacher that loves working with kids! Growing up, I was around many foster children because my aunt love to adopt. I was around them quite often during the weekends to help watch, entertain, and help care for the kids. As I got older, I began working with children professionally since May 2016. I have worked in various summer programs, after-school programs, and different tutoring settings. I have a genuine passion for teaching and I hope to teach young kids one day. I look forward to the possibility of meeting wonderful families that will give me the opportunitiy to further my experience with kids!
