As a recent graduate from Gonzaga University, I have worked extensively with kids in high school as an au pair and in college as both a nanny and a mentor through my university. I've likewise babysat for 2 kids, now 5 and 3, consistently for the past 3 years on my breaks from college. As an au pair, I was responsible for watching and tutoring 3 kids, 2 in high school and the other in middle school. As a mentor, I worked with elementary aged kids struggling academically, often as a result of their home lives. I worked extensively with one young girl for three years and have been trained to adequately assist kids who are victims of poor home conditions and abuse.
