Hi parents! I'm a 32 year old former Bostonian (Go Sox!) with over 8 years of full-time nanny experience. I'd love to find a family for date nights and weekends. I live in Toluca Lake, so I prefer to stay in the Valley/ East LA/ Pasadena area; however I will totally go to the Westside if it's a good fit. I am a non-smoker, college educated (BA in English Lit), teaching background (English 8-12, licensed in Massachusetts), and I have a reliable, safe, new car. I'm also a strong swimmer. With children, I love reading, artsy fartsy stuff, doing voices, joke-telling (and receiving!), floor play, watching a movie, and just laughing. If you have a cute, chubby baby, I will most likely nibble their feet and squeal over their rolls. I am laid-back and easygoing. I just take things as they come and handle them appropriately. I'm not a yeller/huge Read more disciplinarian, but I am consistent when it comes to laying down the law and being fair, and I will obviously adhere to whatever methods you use. I am not a gourmet chef, but I am very experienced in cooking healthy and yummy meals. I'm also a seasoned toy picker-upper, counter wiper-downer, laundry folder, dishwasher unloader- all that fun stuff that we all love to do!!
