Hi there! My name is Ali and I am a 27 year old, born and raised in Pasadena! I have a full-time (Mon-Fri) job as a children's social worker with LA County so I'm only available for occasional, weekend, one-time, or date-night positions with families. Kids seem to LOVE me-- I'm sarcastic, quick-witted, and treat them like they're mini-adults. I also never come empty-handed when I babysit, even if it's a simple painting activity, crafts, tie-dye cupcake baking, glow-stick dance parties (apparently I am quite entertaining to watch attempt to dance), etc. Activities are tailored to what your children are interested in. Ali is wonderful. She took excellent care of our house and 5 pets while we were out of town. She sent detailed texts to let me know that everyone was doing well (which truly helped me enjoy my vacation). She has a lot of experience with dogs and this was key (as my dog needs a strong leader and not everyone can handle him). I highly recommend Ali. Very responsible.

We are so sad that Ali has moved away from our area. She sat for our little boy (he's 4 now) for about a year and a half on weekend nights and a lot of summer mornings; she was a Godsend to us. Ali is an active sitter who would come prepared to teach him words with flash cards, teach him clock numbers, the solar system, geography, letters, math. Sometimes when I would come home they would be doing exercise routines together! More than anything, Ali is a kind, and patient sitter who works from the heart. She also is quite punctual, honest, and forthright about how she spent her time with our child. In her spare time she is a rockstar student, who spent all of her time studying when our child went to bed at night. If you choose her as your sitter, you will feel as blessed as we did!
