I am a mother first and foremost. My children are 16, 3 and 8 months. I also have 3 young stepchildren between the ages of 5 and 11, whom I care for, every other weekend. I do not have any child care training or certificates but nothing beats real life experience. However, I am CPR certified for children and infants as well as adults of course. I prefer to watch children between the ages of 3-teenager being that I have an infant of my own. I wouldn’t want to take on more than I can handle. I also pride myself in being a born nurturer and putting my children first. After having my last baby I decided not to return to work and focus on tending to my children’s needs full time. I can completely sympathize with parents that dread leaving their children with a stranger and worrying if they’re Read more in the best hands. I’m no child expert but I am a mother and feel all children are special and should be treated as so.
