Hello, My name is C.J. A little bit about myself/background. I have worked in the customer service mortgage/banking industry for the past 4 years. Prior to that I did in home care for developmentally disabled adults for 3 years. I have not had "professional" experience within childcare, however, as a single mother I think that in itself can be somewhat of a qualifying experience :) I am currently a stay at home mom and also attend school throughout the day. We just relocated back to California from Florida March of this year. As of right now, I am seeking any work that would coincide with mine and my sons schedule. I'm happy to take care of any child at any age, I love babies :) However, I've seen that my schedule works best with school age children. This job will be my only source of income so I am looking Read more to help a family with childcare whom in return can help provide me with stable income. My availability is pretty much open for the mosh part. I know how hectic life can be with juggling work, school, kids, errands etc. So believe me when i say I know the dynamics of getting things done and on time. And even more so, having someone to trust with your child(ren) that they are also comfortable with. I do have my own form of transportation and I am insured. My son does play sports, so you would have to be okay with your child coming along for those practices. If your child is involved in sports or any other extra curricular activity we can definitely make sure they get there on time. We do focus on our studies as well. I've realized parents of school age kids prefer someone to also help with HW. So to give you an idea of how our home is, I firmly believe in stimulating all aspects of education including sports, music and art. Whatever interests your child. But our kids still need time to just be kids so play time outside is always a encouraged. TV time is limited but Kids need cartoons so it's there. My son is of school age (7years) and plays very well with other children. We do focus on healthy eating though, so you'd have to be ok with your child having fruits as snacks and veggies as a part of a meal. If what you have just read has struck interest, please feel free to contact me. I am very open to coordinating a meet up, to see if we all can connect/get along. Thank you for your consideration!
