I am a certified yoga instructor, massage therapist and health educator. I have worked as a nanny (on and off) for many years, and have experience babysitting, leading children's yoga classes, and working in a child care environment at 24 Hour Fitness' Kid's Club. I have a passion for life, and laughter, as well as whole health (mind-body-spirit) and wellness. I am CPR and First Aid Certified, with a clean driving record and background. My main goal in life is to create an environment of love and light for those I come into contact with, and share the joy I live each day with as many people as possible. My natural instinct is to nurture and have always been drawn to being a support and being of service to youth. I've participated actively in church youth group events, after school programs, and the youth yoga program at my studio. I Read more enjoy finding new ways to teach through creativity, art, music, and physical activity. I strive to bring an optimistic attitude to any situation, and pride myself on being organized, punctual and professional.
