My career with children has started from age 12 when I started volunteering at my church for the " Baby room" while the parents went to go listen to the sermon. That was around the time I started babysitting my own brother and a few of the other kids I watched during church. Fast forward to age 23, I am still babysitting but I start regularly babysitting for this wonderful 6-month-old named Megan. I do this for 1. 5 years (along the way, she gets a brother and I babysit them both). I am very comfortable around kids and love using my theatre background to help with playtime. It would be nice to find a family that would have me as a nanny and sometimes take the kid to an audition or two (with the baby's safety in mind).
