Hi! My name is Phill. I started working with kids during my freshman year of College where I worked as a classroom aide for group of high school kids who fell onto the Autism spectrum. After my first semester of being an aide I knew I found my passion. Shortly after I started volunteering at the Alvin Ailey School of dance in New York City working with kids in the art form of dance and movement from ages 2-17 years old. Throughout my college experience I continued to work with children not only as an aide but as a camp counselor, fitness and dance teacher, as well as a professional performer in theater shows for children. Having growing up with a pretty large family I am also efficient with organization, cleaning, as well as light cooking. Having recently graduated from the Juilliard School and relocating to Los Angles I would Read more like to continue my passion of nurturing and caring for children, opening their minds to not only their creative possibilities but to all the potentials that life can bring them.

Phillip is a wonderfully creative, kind, and attentive caregiver. We needed someone to play with and care for our four-year-old son while my husband worked from home on a specific project for a month. Phillip was incredibly kind towards my child. He really took the time to get to know him and understand him. His creativity really shown through in the range of games they would play. Phillip is reliable, communicative and definitely understood what our family was looking for. I trust Phillip with my house, pets, and most importantly - my child. We will continue to use Phillip when he's available for babysitting nights, etc. Highly recommend!
