Children have always been a huge part of my life. I have two younger siblings, a brother and a sister, and nine younger cousins. Our family is very tight-nit and I am very fortunate to be able to be so close to them. I have babysat and helped take care of all of the younger children in my family since they were toddlers. I have always loved being around and playing with children as long as I can remember, and after high school. I realized that helping children to grow and develop, phisically, mentally, and emotionally is my true passion. SInce then I have taken several courses in Child Development, including Child Observation, as well as Student Teaching in a 3-5 year old class. Duities included preparing/implementing activities for the children that focused on different areas of development. (Play, reading/writing, sensory, wood-working, etc.)
