I am currently a Youth Leader at a church. I provide activities and watch 12-20 kids between the ages of 9-13 years old. I have babysat many kids between the ages of 11 months-9 years old. My duties included picking up from school, feeding, bathing, playing with them, and light housekeeping. I have been a soccer coach for 8 kids between the ages of 7-9. I have also been a CareGiver for an elderly woman with dementia. At first, I became a CareGiver just as a favor for a relative, but after that one experience I realized how much I love helping people and how much I love spending time with kids. That's why I decided to take Child Development at school because I love working with kids. One time at Youth Group, a kid came up to me and said I was their Role Model. It was the best Read more feeling in the entire world. At that moment, I knew I was meant to work with kids for the rest of my life.
