Hi families, My name is Genesis and I am local to the Woodland Hills area. After graduating from high school, I went on to get my 200hr certification as a yoga instructor and received my 2nd-degree certification in Reiki energy work. Working and being a part of the yoga community has helped me discover my passion for the holistic healing arts and supporting women and families. I am currently working towards my DONA International doula certification and my goal of becoming a certified nurse-midwife. I have worked with children for the past 5 years. Currently, I work part-time as a youth swim instructor where I teach pool safety and the 4 basic strokes. Most recently I have looked after a 19mo old baby girl for 7 months using the RIE parenting method, helped support a new mom with newborn care and helped with after-school care and transportation of a 7-year-old.
