I have been babysitting since I was old enough to not need one for myself. I watched these two boys for years. The main job requirement was keeping them from hurting each other. So I would be constantly diffusing tension and preventing their fights. We would play outside and I would minimize their video game time. My most recent (and favorite) babysitting experience was with these two girls ages 2 and 4. They were really close sisters and the only trouble they ever gave me was if one ever thought something wasn't fairly divided. So we always took turns and we made sure no one ever got a bigger cookie than anyone else.
