Hi families! My name is Skyler and I am becoming a Sophomore at Colorado School of Mines studying Chemical Engineering. I worked before and after school care for two years during high school, but took a break due to the pandemic. I was also a summer Camp Counselor during the summers where I would delegate up to 15 children at a time in public spaces, which took an abundance of patience and level-headedness. I really enjoyed my job as a childcare provider and would love to return to that area of work. I am bilingual, I studied Spanish in middle school and all throughout high school and I have my Seal of Biliteracy. I would absolutely love to teach what I can to any younger kids willing to learn!
